Christmas Day
A bird's eye view of Xmas morning. 8 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 42 Mickey and Mini dolls in attendance.
"I'm a pretty poooony, clippity clop, clippity clop"
Awwww
Hmmm, cookies. Note the tiny cookie monster on the box.
Unwrapping presents
"Look Mama, I'm sorry but I'm going to have to call the purple velvet pant police on you!" "BTW - Prince called and he wants his purple rain pants back."
There's only one woman who would dare write cryptic messages on Xmas wrapping......we're on to you Aunt Laurel!
Are you feeling Lucky, pony?!
It's a dog eat pony world out there.
It's Snoop-dog PAPA!
Don't call my mama a fruit!
And of course Wessy Wes brought Emmy her own Dorothy!
Emmy is enamored with Dorothy's ruby red slippers!
Wow, a whole box of hand puppets from Grandma and Grandpa Smith!!
Both looking purty in their Xmas dresses.
A quick family shot.
Ok Mommy, can I get out of this dress now??
Dinner is all set......can you spot the, crying, hungry kid in this picture?

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve was all about food, and the anticipation of Santa Claus! Mama and Emmy got their own Mrs. Claus and Baby Claus aprons. Grammy got a puppy dog one, and Mommy, where's your apron?
Em made us all "milkshakes" in her kitchen today
Santa will be coming soon!
But apparently half of Disney world already showed up...

The Line For Santa Stretched All the Way to the North Pole. So We Hit the Cheesecake Factory Instead
Santa Claus was a popular man this year, as the line at the mall revealed. Note to selves: next year pay a visit to Santa in November. Not 2 days before Christmas. The girls didn't seem to mind much that we skipped out on the official meet and greet. And they certainly forgot all about it once they were presented with milkshakes as a consolation.
A lot easier waiting in line for two hours when you have your own seat!
Taking one final peek at Santa. It's ok Emmy, he'll be at our house soon enough...!
