A Little Sadie Love

Lexi's doing her best to wiggle around and is on the verge of crawling. For now, Sadie's safe from being baby terrorized. Won't be long though, poor girl, you'll have another little one chasing you all over the house.

Just a Little B-Day Gathering

The Big 2. Ask her, she'll tell you. Emmy's 2 years old. Had a little chocolate cake adorned with the love of her life so far, Mickey Mouse. Didn't seem to bother her though that we set his head on fire and told her to blow on him.

Great little Hawaiian book from the Great Auntie L. "Hey Auntie L, when I turn 3, will you take me to Hawaii with you? Mommy and Mama would like to go too.

Doing the Lexi Bounce

Oh how Lexi loves this thing. There aren't too many things yet that haven't been hand-me-downs from Big Sister, but this is one that she got to enjoy first. And she loves it.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMY

Em had a great birthday. She got some clothes, and some blocks and gift cards and a Minnie Mouse and an Elmo phone that says her name! Thankfully she doesn't think everyday should be filled with gifts!! Lexi didn't get a Minnie Mouse. So she cried.

Birthday Weekend

It was a special birthday weekend so we hit the mall, and a store called Build a Bear. Emmy chose a sweet little bunny rabbit, probably because her favorite story right now is PJ Funnybunny - which she likes to read every night. She has heard it so many times she joins in at this point. Now she has her own little bunny to hold while she reads it. And of course no trip to the mall is ever complete without some Cheesecake Factory! And then to celebrate Em's birthday weekend, she enjoyed her first splash in the hottub. As you can see, it was a big hit as well.

Goofing Around

Emily has taken to playing with Mama's shoes. Some girls play dress-up with heels. Not sure there were any heels in Mama's closet so Emmy zeroed in on what she could work with -- the tennis shoes! Lexi giggled at her big sister until she wore herself out and screamed for a nap.

A Little Sicky

Emmy wasn't feeling well this weekend so we all took it easy and lounged around with her. And we watched about 100 Mickey Mouse Clubhouse's. Oh, what we do for the ones we love.
